Custom Titanium iPhone 3GS
We have seen quite a few different iPhone 3G and 3GS mods here at Geeky Gadgets, most of them are new housing for your iPhone covered in diamonds and gold and are going to set you back a fair amount of cash.
One iPhone owner, Martin Schrotz decided he didn’t like the plastic casing on the back of his iPhone 3GS so he set out to re-design it. Martin spent over three months coming up with the final version, he tried it aluminum but that didn’t work out so well, so he came up with this awesome titanium design.

Blackra1n For Mac iPhone Jailbreak
Geohot has released a Mac version of his iPhone jailbreak tool Blackra1n. The Mac version works in exactly the same way as the Windows version and is very easy to use.
Ultrasn0w iPhone 3.0 Carrier Unlock
Redsn0w iPhone 3.0
The iPhone Dev Team has released Redsn0w, which is a multi platform jail breaking tool for the iPhone 2G and 3G.
Redsn0w can jailbreak and unlock the iPhone 2G, as well as jailbreak the iPhone 3G, but not the iPhone 3GS, here is what the iPhone Dev Team had to say about it.

iPhone Controlled R2-D2 Robot
Although this mod isn’t quite finished yet, it definitely has to be one of the coolest we have seen here at Geeky Gadgets, the iPhone Controlled R2-D2 Robot.
Check out the video below of the iPhone controlling R2-D2’s head, the robot certainly looks like it is going to be pretty amazing when it is finished.

iPhone R/C Helicopter – FliPhone
What happens when you take a radio controlled helicopter, your iPhone and a Linksys router? You get FliPhone, which is an iPhone controlled helicopter.
The Helicopter is controlled via the iPhone’s accelerometer, and it moves when the iPhone is tilted in a particular direction, check out this video of it in action below.

Cardboard iPhone Document Scanner
Some of our readers may remember the Cardboard iPhone Document scanner that we saw last year, it was made by Cincinnati design student Kyle Koch.
We it looks like Kyle has actually put these into production, with some new designs, and now you can buy one to scan documents on your iPhone, there are a couple of versions available made from cardboard, corrugated cardboard and even one from MDF.

iPod Touch Controlled Mazda RX8
We have seen a few cool gadgets, remote controlled toys and other stuff controlled via the iPhone, the latest is a Mazda RX8 controlled via an iPod Touch.

iPhone 3.0 Jailbreak
Just a couple of days after Apple has announced the upcoming iPhone 3.0 software, which is scheduled for a June release, the iPhone Dev Team has confirmed that they already have the jailbreak ready for iPhone 3.0.
They aren’t releasing it yet, and will probably wait until iPhone 3.0 is out before it gets released.
